POSITION TITLE: Even Assistant- Stage & Entertainment Production

STATUS: Temporary

COMPENSATION: $15.00 hourly

LOCATION: Doswell, Virginia – State Fair of Virginia

REPORTS TO: Event Logistics Assistant

EVENT ASSISTANT – STAGE & ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTION

• Driver as needed for main stage artists.
• Serves as a concierge for SFVA ensuring Main Stage artists have necessary information on local resources if needed
• Communicates with Mellowship manager on needs and schedule changes
• Good communication skills to speak clearly with the public.
• Friendly attitude and patience during busy rush times.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at the fairgrounds on time.

Working Conditions

• Flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
