Identify, develop and implement training programs that are consistent with creating high performers for all positions in the areas of technology, processes, workflow, sales skills, and customer service skills.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Work with the training manager and field management to deliver both 1:1 training and classroom training to new hires.
- Design, develop, and implement training as assigned.
- Assists in the development of curriculum for enterprise-wide training.
- Travel to county offices as time permits to observe support staff ensuring process/procedures guidelines are followed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations based on data.
- Prepare training/presentations and coordinate execution of workshops/classes at the support staff conference.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous training experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- P&C License
MINIMUM SKILL QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to attend all required training classes and meetings (overnight travel required)
- Technically proficient- MS Office products, able to utilize all in-house systems and quickly obtain proficiency on new systems
- Strong detail orientation
- Effective in both verbal and written communications
- High degree of organization
- Proven customer focus

- Has currently or previously held the position of MSS with VFB
- Bachelor’s Degree
- CISR Designation
