What You'll Do
Build & Lead
- Recruit and develop your own inside sales team focused on Property & Casualty insurance
- Create the playbook - develop sales strategies, scripts, and workflows that drive results
- Coach to excellence - mentor your team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Drive Results
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial lead to closed sale (post-sale servicing handled by our support teams)
- Engage prospects across multiple channels: inbound/outbound phone, email, chat, and text
- Meet and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets for both personal and team performance
- Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Strategize & Optimize
- Partner with marketing and operations to maximize lead generation campaigns
- Navigate multiple systems seamlessly to ensure smooth customer interactions
- Ensure full compliance with underwriting guidelines, policy contracts, and state regulations
- Leverage CRM and sales tools to optimize team performance and efficiency
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Proven inside sales management experience with a track record of building winning teams
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy contracts, and underwriting guidelines
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Your Superpowers
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
- Tech-savvy: proficient with HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Outlook, collaboration tools (Slack/Teams), and quoting platforms including Applied Rater
- Ability to juggle multiple systems and applications while maintaining excellent customer interactions

Location: Onsite at our Richmond home office for the first year as you build and establish the team. Hybrid or remote options available after year one based on performance and division stability.
